The 2023 season for Maple Leaf soccer came to an end on Wednesday October 20th as the #4 seeded Ottawa Pirates defeated #8 seeded GHS 1-0 in the IHSA 3A Galesburg Regional Semifinals. The Leaf finish off the season with a 1-14 overall record and 1-6 in Western Big Six play. The lone win for GHS came on October 3rd as they defeated Alleman 2-1 on Senior Night.

The Geneseo Maple Leafs Boys Soccer team wrapped up the 2023 regular season on Tuesday October 10 in Quincy where the host Blue Devils picked up the 3-1 victory. GHS finished 1-6 in WB6 play and are currently 1-13 overall.

Next Up: At the Galesburg Regional where the #8 seeded Leafs will face #4 seeded Ottawa on Wednesday October 18 (7:00pm) at Galesburg High Schools Van Dyke Field.
