The 2023-24 Lady Leaf wrestling team started off the season in strong fashion at the Minooka Girls Thanksgiving Throwdown on Wednesday November 22! With 185 points, GHS finished 5th overall out of 23 teams with 9 of 15 wrestlers placing in the top 5! Finishing ahead of the Lady Leafs were West Aurora (286), host Minooka (262), Lockport (246.5), & Tinley Park Andrew (226).

Also competing for varsity were Rachel Roodhouse (120), Reagan Bopes (140), Sophie Bellagamba (155), & Molly Neumann (170). Lily Roodhouse (140) and Madelynn Roberts (155) also competed for JV.
