Ingredients
2 naan or flatbreads
½ lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
1 small sweet potato, diced small
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup crumbled goat cheese (or feta)
1–2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
1–2 tbsp hot honey
Fresh arugula (optional)
Balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Toss sweet potato with olive oil, salt, pepper. Roast 12–15 minutes.
Brown sausage in skillet.
Layer naan with mozzarella, sausage, sweet potato, and red onion.
Bake 8–10 minutes until golden.
Top with goat cheese.
Drizzle hot honey.
Add fresh arugula + light balsamic drizzle.
Slice and serve.
