Joyce Mattan, Geneseo, is the featured artist for July at RutabagA Art Gallery, 108 North State St., downtown Geneseo. The display showcases her work in watercolors and pastels and photos she has taken to help celebrate the 250th birthday of the U.S. The RutabagA Gallery is open from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
