Welcome back! The 2026–2027 school year is officially underway, and Geneseo FFA is already in full swing! We are excited for another year filled with leadership, service, agriculture, and plenty of opportunities for our members to get involved.
Haunt the Halls — October 30
Our annual Haunt the Halls event is coming up on October 30! This fun community event gives FFA members the opportunity to show off their creativity while creating a fun and festive experience for our community. Come dressed in your Halloween best and get ready for candy, prizes, games, and plenty of spooky fun! Haunt the Halls is always a favorite event, and we can't wait to see what our FFA members come up with this year.

Supervised Agriculture Experience National Finalist
A huge congratulations to Kolby Causemaker! Kolby has been named a National FFA Proficiency Award finalist in the area of Swine Production Entrepreneurship! This is an incredible accomplishment and a reflection of the time, dedication, and hard work she has put into her SAE.
Kolby will compete against three other FFA members from across the nation for the national title. She will also be recognized alongside the other finalists and the national winner during the National FFA Convention & Expo. We are incredibly proud of Kolby and can't wait to cheer her on as she represents Geneseo FFA and Illinois on the national stage!
National 3-Star Chapter
Another huge accomplishment for Geneseo FFA! The Geneseo FFA Chapter has been named a National 3-Star Chapter! This is the highest level of recognition a chapter can earn through the National Chapter Award program and recognizes chapters that demonstrate excellence in growing leaders, building communities, and strengthening agriculture. Geneseo FFA will be recognized for this achievement during the National FFA Convention & Expo.
This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our FFA members, officers, families, school, and community supporters. We are incredibly proud of what our chapter has accomplished and excited for what is still to come this year!
