Linda VanDerLeest, left; president of the Henry County Humane Society – Geneseo Shelter board; and Jamie DeSplinter, vice president, along with “Hunter,” a Lab-Husky mix breed dog, are ready for the Doggie Easter Egg Hunt Fundraiser planned for Saturday, March 30, at Geneseo City Park.

Registration begins at 12:30 p.m. in the park shelter with the egg hunt to start at 1 p.m. Cost is $10 per dog.

The event, which includes raffle drawings, is a fundraiser and the public is invited, with or without a dog. Prizes are being provided by Geneseo Super Wash, Geneseo Quik Lube, A Spotted Apron, and Village Home Stores. Photo by Claudia Loucks
