Geneseo, IL — The Geneseo Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for Army of the Kind Thrift Store on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM at 1000 W Main St, Geneseo.
Army of the Kind Thrift Store is celebrating its grand opening and invites community members, local officials, chamber members, and area businesses to attend.
Every donation and purchase helps provide food, hope, and support to children and families in need around the world. More than just a thrift store, the AOTK Thrift Store creates a meaningful shopping experience that transforms everyday bargains into life-changing impact.
The event will include brief remarks from community leaders and business representatives followed by the official ribbon cutting ceremony. Guests will also have the opportunity to tour the business and network following the ceremony.
