The City of Geneseo has opened its 2026 Holiday Lighting Contest, inviting Geneseo Municipal Utilities customers to share their outdoor holiday displays for a chance to win a credit on their utility bill.
Four winners will be chosen. First place receives a $250 credit, second place $150, third place $100, and fourth place $50.
To enter, complete the contest entry form and return it to Geneseo City Hall, 115 S. Oakwood Ave., or email your entry to utilities@cityofgeneseo.com. Entries must be submitted by December 4 at 4 p.m.
Members of Inspire Continuing Care will travel to each display on December 10 between 5 and 7 p.m. to judge. Winners will be announced on Saturday, December 12, after the Christmas Walk.
