Geneseo High School will be the setting for the 2023 annual Henry & Stark County Art Show. Each year the juried art show rotates between high schools in the two counties and this year it will be held in the gym at GHS.
The show will be open to the public from 6 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 9, with a judges’ critique at approximately 6:15 p.m. at which time first place winners of each category and Best of Show will be announced.
Each participating school can bring 20 student and 35 pieces of art to the show. During the time the judges jury the art work, the students are divided into eight different workshops led by local artists, which gives the students an opportunity to learn a new art technique and make art to take home.
