RutabagA Art Studio and Gallery is celebrating its 10th year of being in business in downtown Geneseo.
Kathy Williams, RutabagA member, holds a poster explaining that in keeping with the 2025 Christmas Walk theme of “Windows of Hope,” 10 percent of all RutabagA’s December sales will be divided between the Henry County Humane Society-Geneseo Shelter, and the Geneseo-Atkinson Food Pantry.
In addition, the front windows of the Gallery feature the two organizations. The pet-feature window includes portraits of pets and the other front window reflects items donated to the local Food pantry.
RutabagA is collecting items from the Humane Society’s “Wish List” and items for the food pantry as well as cash donations for both during the Geneseo Christmas Walk event on Saturday, Dec. 13.
The Gallery, at 108 North State St., is open from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, weather permitting, with the exception of Christmas Day. Photo by Claudia Loucks
