The sale of the future Jimmy John’s and Dunkin’ location in Geneseo closed Oct. 1. The property was purchased by JJ’s of Macomb, LLC.
Construction and renovation work is expected to begin in the near future. Plans call for the building to house both a Jimmy John’s sandwich shop and a Dunkin’ restaurant.
The businesses are anticipated to open in summer 2027. Additional information will be shared as the project moves forward.
