Lee Fluck has been named Volunteer of the Month for February at the Geneseo-Atkinson Food Pantry.

   The Men’s Lenten Breakfasts are held at 7 a.m. on Saturday mornings at different area churches during Lent and the menus are planned and prepared by the men of each of the host churches. 

The 2026 Henry County Fair Pageant will be held on Tuesday, June 16 at the Henry County Fairgrounds.  

 Even though Valentine’s Day 2026 is over, there are still plenty of hearts at RutabagA Art Gallery in downtown Geneseo.  The display, with a theme of “Love is in the Air,” includes heart-centered paintings and collages.

Abigail and Kenneth Wolf of Geneseo have been creating unique desserts with themes ranging from “Family Desserts” and “Travel Inspired,” to “Breakfast Dessert Imposters” and “Crème Puff Bracelets,” for the last several weeks on the “Baking Championship:  Next Gen”

These quilts were not only pretty, but they were used to signal plans, warn of dangers, indicate how transport might occur or alert them as to who might help as a friend of the Underground Railroad.

The program is from 12 noon to 1 p.m. in the Geneseo Community Center Activity Room, 541 East North St., Geneseo.  Kim Sefton and Tess Peters, PT, DPT, PCS, also in the Hammond-Henry Rehab Dept., will present the program on “Incontinence.” 

The program is being offered by the Hospital Foundation and includes a complimentary lunch.  There is no cost or obligation.   Parking is available in the hospital’s east parking lot on Center St.
