Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes (halved)

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Roast the Potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 425°F

  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika

  • Roast 25–30 minutes until crispy and golden

2. Sear the Steak

  • Heat a skillet (cast iron if you’ve got it) over high heat

  • Add steak in a single layer (don’t overcrowd)

  • Sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned

3. Add Garlic Butter

  • Reduce heat to medium

  • Add butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning

  • Toss steak bites in the melted butter for 1–2 minutes

4. Combine & Serve

  • Toss steak and potatoes together or serve side-by-side

  • Sprinkle with parsley
