GENESEO — The Lady Leafs volleyball team earned its second victory in as many nights Wednesday, defeating Orion in straight sets, 2-0.

The win followed Tuesday's 2-0 sweep of Alleman and improved the Lady Leafs to 8-5 overall. Geneseo has now won consecutive matches after losses to Sterling and Quincy.

The Lady Leafs return to Western Big 6 Conference play tonight, at United Township in East Moline. The varsity match is scheduled for 6 p.m.
