GENESEO — The Geneseo girls tennis team fell to Dixon 4-1 on Wednesday, dropping the Maple Leafs to 7-2 on the season.

Dixon swept the two singles matches and won two of three doubles flights. Geneseo's lone victory came at No. 3 doubles.

At No. 1 doubles, Stella Smith and Jaylee Brudos took the opening set before falling to Dixon's Jenna Mustapha and Maddie Emmole in a close three-set match, 3-6, 6-3, 12-10.

Anastasia Pitsoulakis fell 6-2, 6-3 at No. 1 singles, while Alyssa Simpson dropped her No. 2 singles match 6-0, 6-1. Dixon improved to 11-2 with the win.
