Grace United Methodist Church’s Draw, Read, Open Play & Snacks (GUMDROPS) is a weekly playgroup and outreach program for young children and their caregivers.
The program returns this fall and will run from October 7 through November 18. Regular sessions are held Wednesdays from 9:15–10:30 a.m. in Otterbein Hall at Grace United Methodist Church, 318 N. Center Street, Geneseo.
Each session includes free play, an activity, a story or song, a snack and a craft. A special field trip to the Geneseo Public Library is planned for Friday, October 23, in place of the regular Wednesday gathering that week.
GUMDROPS is open to the public, and families do not need to be members of Grace United Methodist Church to participate. The program is designed for children ages 2–5 and their caregivers.
The cost for the fall semester is $20 for the first child and $10 for each additional child in the same family.
The registration deadline for the fall session of Li’l GUMDROPS is Monday, October 9.
