The Community Choir of Geneseo will celebrate its 18th annual Concert entitled “American Tapestry…Celebrating America’s 250th Birthday” at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, in the Geneseo High School Concert Hall.
Repertoire includes “The Gift to be Simple,” “Beautiful City,” “Tell My Father,” and “Blowin in the Wind.”
The Children’s Choir will sing “50 Nifty United States” and “Mississippi Mud.”
Combined choirs will sing “Battle Hymn of the Republic,” “Everyday People,” “This Land is Your Land” and “Let There Be Peace on Earth.”
Admission to the concert is $5 for ages K-12; $7 for ages 18 and older; and free for children under age 5.
Pam Edwards is the Community Choir Director.
