GHS Volleyball Fundraiser Is Oct. 4 - By Claudia Loucks

Geneseo High School volleyball team captains Aubrey VanKerrebroeck, left; Delainey VanRycke and Addison Smith are inviting area residents to the GHS Volleyball Autograph Night and Fundraiser on Tuesday, Oct. 4, for the game against United Township High School.  The fundraiser will include a bake sale, 50/50 raffle and raffle gift baskets with the drawings to be held after the varsity volleyball game.  
All proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit Foster Hope, a local organization which supports families in the foster care system.  In addition, the middle school and youth volleyball players will be recognized before the varsity game. 
  After the games, varsity team members will autograph this year’s team poster.  Game times on Oct. 4 are:  freshman at 5 p.m. in the Geneseo Athletic Facility; sophomores at 5 p.m. in the GHS main gym; and varsity at 6 p.m. in the main gym.
