If you’re a high school boy the Quad City Rugby Club is a great opportunity to stay fit over the summer. Rugby 7s is a fast paced, high scoring version of traditional Rugby. Each team has seven players and have fourteen minutes to move the ball and score. Rugby 7s is also a current Olympic sport.

By joining QCRC 7s, each athlete would be playing in the Rugby Illinois League and in regional tournaments. The first tournament is schedule in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on June 25th.
