Lady Leafs Finish Seventh at Geneseo Girls Golf Invitational at TPC Deere Run

The Geneseo girls golf team finished seventh Wednesday at the Geneseo Invitational at TPC Deere Run, posting a team score of 532.

Dunlap won the tournament with a 369, followed by Rockridge at 440 and Sherrard at 456. Sterling finished fourth at 492, Rock Island fifth at 499 and Galesburg sixth at 510. Geneseo's 532 edged eighth-place Kewanee, which finished at 534.

Senior Claire DeGrave led the Lady Leafs with a 103. Sophomore Madison Kuethe shot 126, while junior Paysli Christ finished with a 145.

Team results: Dunlap 369, Rockridge 440, Sherrard 456, Sterling 492, Rock Island 499, Galesburg 510, Geneseo 532, Kewanee 534.
