METAMORA — The Geneseo boys golf team finished tied for 25th at the two-day Redbird Classic, posting a team total of 696. The tournament opened Friday at Metamora Fields before moving to Coyote Creek for Saturday's final round.
Jaxon Ernst led the Maple Leafs with a two-round total of 172. Kellen VanKerrebroeck followed with a 174, while Trace Hager finished at 177.
Gavin Davis carded a 180, with Kain Stroud and Sage Windisch each finishing at 181.
